NBA Was Right Not To Suspend Jokic After Run-In With Suns Owner Mat Ishbia

Nikola Jokic was fined $25K for his forearm shove of Suns owner Mat Ishbia during Game 4's little fracas, where the owner of the Suns held a loose ball for a little bit longer than he should've, which then fired up Jokic (who ended up scoring 53 points in a loss and now the series is tied 2-2.)

It felt like both Ishbia and Jokic were in the wrong here and it seemed like the NBA ultimately ruled this "offsetting penalties" where nobody was suspended for their actions. Jokic caught a technical foul for the incident at the time, which Nuggets Head Coach Mike Malone was not happy about..but he should be happy that his star Center will be available for a pivotal Game 5 in Denver. Ishbia has since tweeted that he has respect for Jokic and doesn't believe the incident should mean for suspension.
