Somebody please explain to me what is going on in college football. I'm not buying that it's just because of 2020. This isn't normal. I know this year hasn't been normal, but this is beyond abnormal. This is crazy!

Okay we can give a pass for Cincinnati. But the other teams. How in the living world are these teams ranked? And they are justifiable rankings. Coastal Carolina knocked off Kansas to start the season!! And it was a convincing win. Liberty University has beaten FIU AND Syracuse AND Virginia Tech!! Like WHAT IS GOING ON?!?!
It can't be COVID. It can't be the shortened season. It can't be that 2020 is a weird year.
There has to be something going on! Somebody is cooking the books, laying the pig, greasing the hog, (wait that's not how it goes)
But seriously, does anyone have an answer? Congrats to these teams that may see bowl games they never imagined. But if anyone has the secret code for this kind of wild success, or the magic potion... hit me up! I'm ready to take a drink!
