Gardner Minshew was instantly a fan favorite in Jacksonville. He wins the internet with nearly every single post. His play on the field also wasn't too bad as he went 6-6 while throwing for over 3,200 to go along with 21 touchdowns and six interceptions in split time with now former Jaguar Nick Foles.
The fact that Minshew is such a fan favorite in Jacksonville made the decision easier for the team to try and trade Foles, which they did for a fourth-round pick to the Bears despite his large contract.
