Podcast: @johns_tailgate believes Dolphins will trade up to draft Tua

The Dolphins went into the 2019 season in "Tank for Tua" mode. They surprised everyone by winning five games with Ryan Fitzpatrick at quarterback and ended up with the fifth in the upcoming NFL Draft.

Tua Tagovailoa suffered a dislocated hip and posterior wall fracture in a mid-November game against Mississippi State and that was believed to potentially push Tua out of the first-round. Everything has gone smoothly in his rehab process and that has teams possibly wanting to trade up in order to draft him.

Joe Burrow is expected to go No. 1 to the Bengals and the Redskins are projected to take Chase Young at No. 2. The Detroit Lions and New York Giants (drafting three and four respectively) have already come out and said they are willing to trade their picks.

John McKechnie believes that the Miami Dolphins, drafting at five, could trade up, "The Dolphins have so much capital to play around with, with multiple first-round picks this year. So if they really are convinced that Tua's going to be gone before they go to the podium at five and that Tua is their guy, they have the ammo to move up and do it and I believe they will."

John talks about a lot the possibility of Oklahoma quarterback Jalen Hurts performing at another position other than quarterback at the Combine, the draft prospects of a couple of UCF players in wide receiver Gabriel Davis and running back Adrian Killins, and much more.
