Daily Poll: Should the Magic bring back Stan Van Gundy?

Stan is no longer the man in Detroit. And you know what that means...he's available! How serendipitous too, because, guess who's on the market for a new coach - you guessed it, the Orlando Magic.

Now, I know he and Alex Martins aren't the best of friends. But, perhaps they can let bygones be bygones, and do what's best for the team and the community by bringing back a fan favorite in SVG.

Stan coached in Orlando from 2007-2012 and compiled 259 wins in the process.

Here are the details of Van Gundy's release.

As according to ESPN.COM:

The Detroit Pistons and Stan Van Gundy, their president of basketball operations and head coach, have parted ways after the team failed to make the playoffs for the second consecutive season. Van Gundy had one year and $7 million left on his original five-year deal, but most of his front-office and coaching staff were in the final year of their contracts.
